The location was good . The staff were courteous . The swimming pool is the main highlight . Buffet lunch and dinner was just okay . Options would have been better . But I liked the breakfast very much

Dear Rhythm, Thank you so much for making our stay as a family of 4 so memorable. It really was a 5 star experience in all aspects. It was the most incredible break we could have had. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. With the palm trees, the coy fish pond at the entrance, the lighting, the pool, the backwaters, the villas and the greenery around. The view of the pool from the room as well as the backwaters was amazing. The pool itself was very clean and a really nice relaxing quiet place to be with the end of the pool looking out to the backwaters with sun loungers. The room was beautiful and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and large. Lots of bottles of water provided as well as toiletry supplies. The amenities in general were fantastic with a games room and a gym as well. The breakfast included was delicious food with lots of variety for vegetarian options. The A la carte dinner menu which was extensive was also exceptional and of very good quality. The afternoon tea, coffee and snacks of biscuits and banana fritters was also a great addition. The room service was also excellent. Next the staff were so lovely and always willing to help. They all seemed to enjoy working here. A special thank you to Veena who made great arrangements for us and our trip immemorable. Our check-in and out was seamless and she treated us with such kindness. She informed us of all the options on offer to us from the spa to food to activities. The boat ride which was included within the price in the evening was a beautiful experience and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the backwaters with the sunset. The SpaVeda Ayurvedic massage was one of the best messages we have had. The spa staff were very lovely and helpful in helping us choose which treatment and the whole experience was fantastic. The spa facilities were great and very clean. Finally, thank you once again for all the wonderful hospitality and going above and beyond and we can’t wait to stay once again at Rhythm.

Firstly, kudos to the team who promised 110% & delivered 150%. Thanks to them our reunion of over 40 peeps over 3 nights went off smoothly, efficiently & EVERYONE left with a happy heart promising to return. The staff are polite, reliable, warm & friendly. Compliments to the chefs for delicious food - local & international. Villas are well renovated & maintained clean, beds are comfy, spa therapists are accomplished, drivers are polite & safe, housekeeping is diligent, f&b staff are helpful & friendly & all backend staff deserve applause too. Special mention goes to Danish, Manish, Hari, Alok, Kiran, Gowry, Abhay, Abhishek, Veena, Vinod, Ebin, Gardener Roy, Tia, Athira, Chefs Gopi & Manoj ably supported by their team. The team organised all the necessary licences for a huge party. Despite the sudden downpour, (the resort was ready with Plan B), we had a fab time. The swimming pool is sensational to watch the sunset / kids to play / burn a few calories. Only a few steps from each villa, it kind of became a communal space for the whole party to gather & have fun. The complimentary sunset cruise each evening is glorious. The birdlife in the area is addictive. Whether you need a relaxing holiday or a boisterous reunion party like ours or any get together, this would be your ideal choice. We cannot recommend it enough. We hope in a few years time, we will return to create more cherished memories here. They say people make a place & this is absolutely true of Rhythm Kumarakom. 4 days and 3 nights - a great package - nice boat tour, great service, amazing food - thanks for a lovely holiday. The kids had fun in the game room. Table tennis, badminton, darts, chess - when the days were warm. Amazing pool to dip in to shrug off the warmth as the sun sets
